How long does shipping take?

Orders are processed within 1-3 business days and typically arrive within 4-8 business days after processing, depending on your location. You'll receive a tracking number via email once your order ships.

Do you ship internationally?

How do I track my order?

Once your order ships, you'll receive an email with tracking details. You can also visit our Track Your Order page and enter your order number.

Can I cancel or modify my order?

You may cancel or modify your order within 2 hours of purchase by contacting our customer service team at support@silksr.com. After that, orders may have already entered processing.

How long until I see results?

Is it safe for all skin types?

Yes, our products are designed to be gentle and effective for all skin types. We always recommend doing a patch test before full application. If you experience any irritation, discontinue use and consult a healthcare professional.

Are there any side effects?

Our products are designed for cosmetic use and are generally safe. Some users may experience mild redness after first use, which is normal and typically subsides within a few hours. If irritation persists, discontinue use.

What's the difference between Fine and Coarse roller heads?

Fine roller heads are ideal for sensitive areas and gentle exfoliation. Coarse roller heads provide deeper exfoliation for rougher skin areas. We recommend starting with Fine and adjusting based on your comfort level.

How often should I replace the roller heads?

We recommend replacing your roller heads every 2-3 months for optimal results. Replacement roller head packs are available in our shop.

Returns & Refunds

What is your return policy?

We offer a 60-day return policy. If you're not satisfied with your purchase, contact us at support@silksr.com with your order number and we'll guide you through the return process. Items must be in their original condition.

Do you offer a money-back guarantee?

Yes! We stand behind our products with a 100-Day Money-Back Guarantee. If you're not completely satisfied, we'll make it right — no questions asked.

How long do refunds take to process?

Once we receive and inspect your returned item, refunds are processed within 10 business days to your original payment method. Your bank may require additional time to post the refund.

What if my item arrives damaged?

If your item arrives damaged or defective, contact us within 48 hours at support@silksr.com with photos of the damage. We'll arrange a return at no cost to you and offer a replacement or full refund.
